Shipping policy

All purchases will be shipped via USPS Priority mail  or UPS with the appropriate amount of insurance.
Pottery is fragile. My aim is to have each item arrive intact at it's destination. I spend a great amount of thought and time in packing each piece. Every item will be bubble wrapped and double boxed. I charge for the cost of the shipping and insurance with out charging you for the time spent packaging the purchase.
For international packages, all export and customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Please open and inspect your item upon arrival, should anything arrive damaged please let me know ASAP and provide a photograph of the item and the packing materials for insurance purposes.
